Regulatory Status
Monex Europe Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Services Directive (PSD) as an Authorised Payment Institution – registration number FRN 463951.
Monex Europe Markets Limited, our sister company through which we offer structured FX products, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – firm reference number 596146. Monex Europe Markets only transacts business with clients who have been categorised as Professional or Eligible Counterparties.
Monex Europe Ltd and Monex Europe Markets Ltd both provide clients with a secure trading environment to transact foreign exchange business.
Safeguarded Funds
As a regulated Authorised Payment Institution, Monex operates in a stringently regulated environment. All client funds received by Monex in the settlement of transactions are safeguarded in segregated accounts at Tier 1 banks.
Our clients are provided with a highly secure system for communicating payment instructions and other sensitive data globally, while all outgoing payments and FX transactions made can be traced up to delivery.
